Terms & Conditions
My Responsibilities & Rights:- I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason what-so-ever. Additionally, I owe no explanation for the refusal.- I will update the client between major stages of production (Mystery/Skeb style excluded) for feedback.- I will keep the client informed of situations which will impact the turn around time for the commission.- I will maintain ownership of the copyright on the original piece. This does not mean you do not get to keep it, but it does mean you do not get to sell it to someone else, or reproduce it without prior authorization.- I will take no ownership of your characters, characters from popular media, or settings for which I did not create.- I maintain the right to add a small signature in the corner of all works in an non-intrusive colour. This can be discussed.
___Your Responsibilities & Rights:- You are responsible for clear, open communication on what you want. If you do not know what you want, please know I cannot, and will not read minds.- You are responsible for providing reference for characters or settings you want portrayed, or providing extremely clear descriptions.- You are responsible for payment on receipt of Paypal invoice.- You may request I do not post the artwork until a specified date.- You may request reproduction rights to the artwork, but there will be a commercial fee to be negotiated.- You may post the artwork to your social media at any time (Credit is deeply appreciated, but not wholly necessary)- You are allotted the option to request changes be made to the work, please see the Revisions & Edits Section for information on edits. (Please note, this excludes Skeb-Style/Mystery Commissions)

Revisions & Edits
You may request edits or revisions be made to the work while it is in progress.Definitions:Major Edits:
These consist of large changes to the fundamental structure of the image. This may include, but is not limited to: Changes of outfit, poses, characters, body types, hairstyles, or changes to structures or elements in the background.
Essentially, any change or revision that requires considerable work to be re-done.Minor Edits:
These changes consist of smaller changes that tweak or alter something that is already there and does not fundamentally change the image. This may include, but is not limited to: changing the direction of a strand of hair, changing the colour of the line art, swapping the colour on a clothing item, redrawing the lashes, adding some floating leaves or dust.How many edits are you allotted?During the sketch phase, you may make several major edits. You will not be penalized for this. YOU MUST, however, make them all at the same time. I will allow you to make additional major edits to the edits that have already been made before I move to the next stage.During the inking and line art stage, you may only make minor edits, you can make several minor edits, but like before, YOU MUST make them all at the same time. If you want major edits to be done during this phase, there will be a charge that must be paid before I continue. This charge will be negotiated depending on what you want to edit.During the colouring & finalization phase, you can make only tweaks to the colours, but not to any structural parts of the image. You may request I remove or add post processing features as well.Please note that Skeb-Style/Mystery Commissions are fully exempt from any revision & edits policies.
